eddie kasbrak is my newest comfort character, and possibly my highest of all time. eddie is a nostalgic character to me, and i can't imagine not loving him. he's my main timeline for both stan, and richie shift. i'm telling you... i want to love and protect this boy until the day i die.

sollux captor
sollux is my favorite homestuck character of all time, dude. i think he is the best written character that andrew hussie has ever come up with, and i admire him so fucking much. he's complex, and beautiful, and perfect. i love him more than anything ever.

neil josten
neil reminds me of my best friend luke, of course. i adore his character, and the evolution of his character across the three books. neil was, and is, one of the characters that i loved from the first second meeting him. he feels like home....

i've said it a few times, but hozier is my number one special interest of right now. his music is one of the most nostalgic things i've ever experienced in my life. i can't even put into words how much he means to me.

queen
i grew up around queen, and it's for that reason that i will always love them. i remember being a little kid and swimming at my neighbors house while my mom and aunt blared queen songs. they are one of those artists that just surrounds me.

the beatles
a band that my father listened to before i was born. it wasn't part of my life, not exactly. my mom cut their music out of my life after my dad died, and i found them again when i was a bit older. the music gives me another one of those nostalgic feelings i wouldn't trade for anything.

this book deadass shaped me into the person that i am. the main character griffin is surrounded by his own flaws, and i saw so much of myself in them. it's because of this book that i evolved myself beyond that, and allowed myself to be a happier and better person.

aristotle and dante discover the secrets of the universe — benjamin alire sáenz
this is my all time favorite book. i am dante quintana in the flesh, and i cannot shake how much it means to me. fuck. this book is a love letter to growing up, to mental health, to mexican culture. it is everything i love and more.

it — stephen king
this is one of those books i can, have, and continue to read from cover to cover, and then repeat it again. i will consume this novel until i get sick of it, and i don't believe that to be possible. i am a person who admires their friends, and surrounds myself with them. i cannot imagine being without them, and it is such an embodiment of that.
